Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodle

First make the sauce:
3TBSP chunky peanut butter
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
3TBSP Peanut or Corn oil
2TBSP powdered or minced ginger
1tbsp dry crushed chili pepper
1 diced up habenero
1 diced up jalapeno

Take all ingredients and mix untill a nice brown liquid.

Cut 2 chicken breasts into thin strips.

Marinade chicken in sauce for 30 minutes.

Start boiling water for your chineese egg noodle.
Finely dice up 1 small onion.
Finely dice up 1 small green bell pepper.

When water is boiling put noodles in and cook per instructions on package.

While noodles are cooking put chicken, onion, peppers and peanut sauce marinade into hot frying pan.
Cook over medium flame for 15 minutes.

When noodles are cooked, strain, rise with cold water and put back into pot.
When chicken and sauce are cooked mix into noodle pot so all noodles are covered with fine film of peanut sauce.

Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Serves about four portions.
