Burger #1

2lb Ground Beef
if frozen- do not use microwave, it only makes beef rubbery.


1 wheat bar(wheetabix) 1/4 cup Oatmeal.
1 large tomato Diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/4 cup dried caserol onions (or 1/4 raw onion diced)
1 Jalepeno diced
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp sugar
2 dash black pepper
1 dash salt
1/8 lb cheddar diced
1/8 lb mozzerela diced

Mix all ingredients but Oatmeal and Wheat-bar by hand in large bowl until thoroughly mixed up. Add wheat-bar and oatmeal until mix has consistency of thick mashed potatoes.

Cook on the Grill (gas or charchol) to suit your preference.

Makes 5 to 7 large patties.
