Real Men Can Cook!

Beef Manchego

Take 2 steaks and cut them up into tiny 1cm wide strips that run the length of the steak.

Marinade in the following for an hour.
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup soy suace
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP beef broth
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP spicy mustard
A dash of black pepper
A dash of crushed red peppers
A dash of white pepper
A dash of ginger
2 drops tobasco

While marinading
Take half of an onion, half of a pepper, three mushrooms dice them up very fine and mix into 2 TBSP of sour cream

When Done marinading
Take each strip of steak place on a peice of bacon. Put a slice of Manchego cheese atop the steak and spread the onion, pepper, mushroom, sour cream on one side of the steak. roll it up into a little roll with the veggie-cheese spread on the inside and bacon on the outside and use a toothpick at 2,6,9,12 o'clock on the roll to hold it together.

Cooking:
Pour 1/2 of the marinade into a pie pan, and place the rolls in the pie pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425f for 40 minutes.

Let cool for five minutes and serve.

Serves 4 people.
